What’s the turn around time?
Orders placed through our printer typically have a turnaround time of 4 weeks. If you have a rush order, please contact us—shorter turnaround times may be possible depending on the job and timing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the size of the piece and the destination. On average, shipping is approximately $300.
How are framed photos packaged for shipping?
Each piece is carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Framed works are shipped in protective plywood crates that require a screwdriver for opening.
How do you recommend hanging the piece?
Aluminum prints include a bracket for easy, level hanging. Framed prints on paper are designed to hang either with two nails or a photo wire, depending on the piece.
Can I order a custom-sized piece?
Yes, custom sizes are available. Please note that image cropping may be required to maintain the correct image ratio.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Gallery purchases may be returned within 7 days, provided the piece is in perfect condition. For custom orders placed through our printers, we do not accept returns. That said, if you're not fully satisfied, we’re happy to discuss a credit or exchange to ensure you’re pleased with your experience.
